刘迎芳教授

教授,博导,2010年度国家杰出青年基金获得者,享受政府特殊津贴专家,国家百千万人才入选者,归侨贡献奖获得者,中国科学院百人计划终期考核优秀获评者,多项863973及国家自然科学基金等重大、重点项目课题或子课题承担人。

 

1993-1999年 毕业于北京大学植物分子生物学系研究生,获博士学位

1999-2005年 先后在美国国立犹太医学研究中心免疫学系、冷泉港实验室以及杜克大学医学中心从事博士后及研究助理工作

2005-2017,中科院生物物理所,生物大分子国家重点实验室,创新课题组组长

2017.7-至今,中山大学百人计划二期引进人才,学科带头人,教授,博导

 

刘迎芳教授实验室主要从事以下课题相关的蛋白质科学研究工作(结构生物学及细胞生物学):
1、流感病毒的复制机制。重点研究流感病毒RNA聚合酶复合体、以及其RNP的结构及功能。

2、干扰素介导的天然免疫机制研究。病毒等侵染宿主时,宿主细胞产生干扰素。干扰素是重要的抗病毒蛋白,但其本身并不抗病毒,而是诱导产生数百至上千种蛋白,发挥抗病毒作用。这些蛋白成为干扰素诱导蛋白(Interferon Stimulated Genes, ISGs)。我们主要研究这些干扰素诱导蛋白的功能机制。
2、肿瘤发生及免疫。重点研究DNA复制过程与肿瘤发生之间的关系。

 

近年来实验室在流感病毒复制机制方面及天然免疫方面取得了一系列重要成果。
