付饶博士,现任中山大学医学院副教授,博士研究生导师, 美国神经科学学会、美国酒精滥用研究学会会员。2005年获医学学士学位,2005-2008年工作于辽宁医学院从事解剖学教学和研究工作。2008-2013 年在中山大学中山医学院攻读硕士、博士学位,从事神经损伤与修复的分子机制研究。2013-2019年在美国罗格斯大学历任博士后和副研究员。2019年获聘中山大学,以 “百人计划”青年学术骨干引进到中山大学医学院工作。
付饶博士在美国研究期间致力于酒精成瘾及其伴随的异常情绪神经环路及分子机理研究。前期研究已揭示了和负面情绪密切相关的大脑核团-外侧缰核与吻内侧被盖核团间的谷氨酸传导通路在酒精滥用及抑郁行为中发挥重要调控作用。研究成果发表在《Neuropsychopharmacology》, 《Neuropharmacology》,《Alcoholism: Clinical and Experimental Research》 等SCI期刊杂志,并两次荣获美国酒精滥用研究年会“青年学者旅行奖”。
研究方向
我国是饮酒大国,酒精滥用常引发各种神经精神类疾病,给人民健康带来严重危害。虽然急性酒精作用常给人带来欣快感,但慢性酒精滥用及戒断常引发焦虑、抑郁甚至疼痛症状,这些负面情绪驱使滥用者寻求自我给药,以期移除这些不良情绪。但“借酒消愁愁更愁”,滥用者难以逃脱滥用—戒断—负面情绪—复吸的循环规律,这是药物滥用一旦沾染难以戒掉的原因之一。我们课题组前期研究已发现和外侧缰核与吻内侧被盖核团间的谷氨酸传导通路在酒精滥用及抑郁行为中发挥重要调控作用。未来工作将紧密参与我国“脑科学计划”,广泛采用蛋白组学、电生理、药理学、脑立体定位、组织学、化学遗传学及光遗传学等技术手段,在基因层面探索吻内侧被盖核团参与药物成瘾、疼痛和抑郁症调控的分子机制。
