个人简介:

现任中山大学医学院教授,博士生导师,院长助理。担任“广东省药监局血液肿瘤靶向药物药效与安全评价重点实验室”主任,“深圳市炎症性疾病系统医学重点实验室”副主任。2011年于苏州大学药学院取得博士学位,2012年前往美国MD安德森肿瘤中心进行博士后研究,2016年获聘美国西北大学助理教授,2017年获聘中山大学“百人计划”引进人才。2021年获深圳市高层次专业人才认定,2022年获中山大学“逸仙学者”新锐学者称号。已在肿瘤学以及药理学方向发表高水平学术论文26篇,其中以第一作者及通讯作者在Cancer Cell, Autophagy, Oncogene等杂志上发表论文15篇,总引用率大于1000次,独立他引次数超过500次。ISI Web of Knowledge引用数据统计表明,其中4篇论文分别进入年度生物医学世界前 1-10%高引用率论文,另外2篇论文分别进入年度生物医学世界前10%-20%高引用率论文。迄今为止主持国家自然科学基金3项和其他项目6项。

多发性骨髓瘤;泌尿系统肿瘤;紧密连接蛋白;化疗耐药;血管生成;原位人源小鼠肿瘤移植模型。

重要学术研究成果与贡献:

(1)创新性的提出紧密连接蛋白TJP1作为骨髓瘤化疗耐药的生物标记物,为骨髓瘤和相关血液肿瘤的精准诊断和治疗提供了有效的理论基础。
(2)深入探索TJP1上下游调控机制,阐明TJP1调节血管生成在膀胱癌中的发病机制,为临床治疗提供新思路。
(3)发现密封蛋白OCLN对IL8-STAT信号通路介导血管生成并调节了膀胱癌的转移。

实验室主要研究方向:

围绕肿瘤转移相关的紧密连接蛋白家族分子,探究其在肿瘤化疗耐药、精准诊断和转化应用中的作用。
