主要学术研究成果与贡献:

致力于免疫代谢关键模型研发及内外源免疫代谢关键分子研究,探究单核-巨噬细胞等免疫细胞参与的免疫炎症、脂肪细胞/肝细胞等营养性细胞参与的代谢调控、上皮细胞/免疫细胞参与的粘膜保护、内皮细胞/肿瘤细胞等参与的肿瘤血管增生等,聚焦代谢性炎症的免疫代谢机制研究、黏膜免疫与益生工程菌调节代谢稳态等。在eLife、PLoS Biology、Cell Mol Immunol、Fundamental Res等国际期刊上发表论文多篇,发现了内源性粘膜免疫分子IL-25通过极化巨噬细胞、增强线粒体呼吸容量、诱导脂肪米色化改善代谢稳态而有助于防治肥胖、糖尿病等代谢综合征;证实内源性生理活性小分子消退素、外源性小分子丹参酮及其化学修饰衍生物调节糖脂代谢的免疫代谢效应及其信号通路;新近发现黏附分子类孤儿受体信号通路调控脂肪产热与机体代谢稳态,为肥胖防治潜在靶点。
